Is it safe to inject b12 shots for vitamin b12 level of 165pg/ml?
And i think its not dangerous for my low level of
b12
vitamin
. I should also add that my cbc results generally comes normal. But many of them has raised MCH level. I mean 32 (lab normal ranges is 24-31)but my MCH generally come back as 32 or 33.

Update on my daughter's GP call today. So angry.
My daughters last
Vitamin
results from 2022 were
B12
290, Ferritin 24, folate 9.2 & Vit D 39. She been on thyroxine since a teenager now in her 40's. TSH levels fluctuating all over the place for past 6 years. Well the GP called today & refused to do T3 & T4 no surprise there.

Still having symptoms of hypothyroidism despite medication - any advice?
I was low in ferritin,
vitamin
D, and
B12
, but I’ve treated all of these and they’re optimal now (or almost optimal), thanks to everyone's advice last time. I’m also on the mini pill Cerelle but I’m too scared to come off of it right now (periods will make my POTS symptoms hell if I do!)

Consistent with b12 absorption problem?
For context, I have autoimmune under-active thyroid disease (diagnosed 2017) and eat a diet rich in
vitamin
b12
. In July 2018 I felt unwell with symptoms of b12 deficiency and an active b12 test came back at 34.3.

Can of worms
I supplement with
vitamin
D,
B12
, Magnesium,
vitamin
C and Omega 3. I am very petite at 5 foot one inch and weighing 47 kilos. Recently I had a blood test and all was fine apart from my GP almost having a heart attack regarding my suppressed TSH. She insisted I reduce my T4 by 25mcgs.

Also, I learned that amlodipine besylate for high blood pressure also blocks
vitamin
B12
, all prescribed by my Dr. By substituting and changing diet I am off all blood pressure medication, after B12 damage. Sorry for the length of this post. This forum has helped me and my Dr. TREMENDOUSLY!
