Another general B12 article
This article https://www.mdpi.com/2076-393X/10/11/1966 is interesting for it's review of the general role of
vitamin
B12
in a specific category of disorders. The part containing mention of B12 is section 4.3.

vitamin B12
I had look in FAQ and could not see any reference to the role of
vitamin
B12
in either PMR or GCA. A colleague recommended B12 injections to alleviate the symptoms, pain and fatigue. I am sceptical of anecdotal suggestions. Has anyone heard about this supplement or tried it?

Has anyone looked at this? It says that B12 /injections / supplements can do harm after all. I hope it’s not true.

Serum Folate not improving
Hi, recently started the
vitamin
/mineral optimisation process, along with T3 introduction.
B12
has improved significantly since taking 1200 ug for 3 weeks. But Folate has stayed at 11 (range 7 to 35). Taking L-methylfolate 400ug) Does Folate take a longer time to improve?
