Gypsy pains.

Hi again everyone. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced what we call "traveling" pains. For ex; I may have throbbing pain in my wrist and then 10 minutes later my wrist does not hurt at all, but then the back of my thighs ache like crazy and then a few min later my jaw hurts and then after that my jaw is fine, but then my foot begins to ache, then it's a headache and then arm ache and so on. I've read quite a bit about various aches and pains that come with Anemia/B12 def., but I have not been able to find anything that speaks about "traveling" types of pain. I'd be willing to bet that someone on here has experienced this. I know there is Fibromyalgia, but I'm pretty darn sure that many of the diseases out there are actually vitamin B12 symptoms and they just said "Oh, let's call it Fibromyalgia or let's call this symptom, carpal tunnel syndrome (which I've had the surgery for). Has anyone noticed the ICD10 diagnostic manual for coding has increased tremendously with all the invented or thought-up diseases ( many that are REALLY just B12 symptoms)? Interesting to me that the more additives & poison (we're looking at you soy) they put in our food, the more diseases we keep having. But of course, this is merely conspiratorial thinking from a 70-year-old man with pernicious anemia. They whoever they are, are not really messing with us, right?I'm curious what the society member's take will be on all this. Thanks, MrJustatip

I find your comments about food very interesting. If we could only all afford to eat organic. To try and improve my own health I have done extensive reading on diets/food. Glyphosate is in a lot of our foods which is a known carcinogen and people spray it willingly in their weeds! Most cooking oils with the exception of olive oil, avocado oil, ghee etc are inflammatory to the body. Our food is so overfarmed now it has little goodness in it. Soy and all the other hormone disrupters cause endless trouble. But our water supply despite going through its cleaning process contains so many hormones and drugs. An expert in water courses had our drinking water tested in places all over the U.K. and the hormones in it was awful from animals being given hormones to get them pregnant, (I can’t remember all the details and I am in no way an expert)! As for travelling pain I believe there is myosotis and schleroderma that can cause it. Someone way more knowledgeable than me will help!!!

Hello, Not too sure this is same. I experienced something like this but not as frequently.

I reasoned that my brain was picking a different part of my body each day to test and to heal. From that I deduced l had damage all over.

In pain ranged from approx. 10 minutes and once for about 12 hours.

I agree with you. I ve said for years its not surprising cancer and ill health is rising considering all the permitted pollutants and chemicals in our lives.

My pains are also traveling but tend to set up camp to enjoy the scenery for hours on end. Last night both wrists and both calves. Sometimes it is both testicles and abdomen which is a real pain in the balls. It is deep pain and i struggle to walk uphill which makes the pain in my legs worse. No idea what to do sometimes, oh, bugger, bugger, bugger it.

I also had travelling nerve healing the first months. Not as quick as 10 minutes, but within a day, various areas would pop up at different times, settle down again (or not), and come back a few days later again. Areas that were fine for a few weeks would start up again later, much worse.

I've had the same again as the numbness from my slipped disc / spinal hernia has healed. Two years later, i still have numb patches. And i'll still get a foot cramp or thigh cramp out of nowhere, and it'll jump around or be gone as quickly as it came.

You might also be low in potassium, if it's muscle type cramps. Potassium is used up when making new healthy red blood cells the first few months.

I have had PA now over 50years and a few of the the ailments that tag along with it, one of the ailment I got was Polymyalgia which causes pains in different parts and I didn’t know where they would turn up, my first one I was unable to comb my hair, that went then my wrists, then my jaw , and so on I was referred to a rheumatologist who was fantastic in my eyes. He asked me to make notes and then laughed when he saw the amount of pages I took to him, then he said no wonder one of his patients said it was like a pin ball machine, and that just about sums it up I think.
