Hello, I recently switched to Prozac after being on Lexapro for about a year and a half. The experience started great, I cross tapered with 5mg of lexapro. I had renewed interest in things I enjoyed like films and books and games. However, Wednesday on my way to work I experienced a horrible panic

Oral B12
So i am fully aware that those of us with PA don't absorb b12 through our diets, and that we ideally require treatment through IM injections. But i have also seen articles that suggest that it is at least 'possible' to get 'some' b12 from oral supplements. What do we think about this? I have copied in

hello, for the past 6 months I’ve been suffering from bad constipation, my gp suspected diverticulitis and I have been referred to a specialist, I’ve now had my first appointment and waiting on a date for a colonoscopy. The doctor prescribed laxido liquid and I took my first dose on Monday, by Tuesday

Colon Journey
I thought I’d share my journey leading up to this point and I hope to continue to update as things move along. I hate it when nobody updates.
