Christmas diet holt
Christmas is such a bad time to be on a weight loss diet and for someone weak like myself it's a real test of focus. I think I'm just eating less than I used to and saying more "not for me thank you" than I used to to hold back the weight regain. Being realistic I think this is my best Christmas diet

Extreme Penile Pain - Suspecting Pudendal Nerve Entrapment - Seeking Advice and Hope
Hello everyone, My name is David, I'm 24 and I live in LA. About six months or so, I developed a distinct pain at the head/tip of my penis. I was sexually active at the time, so I figured I may have caught an STD or maybe just had UTI. Got tested for multiple STDs and infections by various urologists

Stem cells for vision loss - someday ??
In the back of my mind, I have a little hope that stem cells could repair my left eye. Has anybody here done any research on this?

Hypo hippo: The dreaded weight gain
Over the years I've had hypo symptoms, I've put on 6 stone :O Some of it's cake, but I eat less than my kids, and gain weight even on the strictest diet (e.g. Weight watchers, 5:2 and low carb - tried 'em all!) I read in STTM that trying to lose weight when hypo and not properly medicated can do more

New member who has had weight loss surgery.
Hi Everyone. I'm new here. I'm not sure how I will fit in here, as I am a weight loss surgery patient. I started putting on weight in my early 20's and by the time I was in my mid 30's I weighed well over 250 pounds. I had my last son at the age of 40, and by that time my weight had sky rocketed

Weight Loss Surgery and Hypo
What are everyones thoughts on Weight loss surgery for Obese Hypos? Just interested as a friend of mine had surgery on Monday, she has been hypo for 1 year and 4 and 1/2 stone overweight. Her mother has diabetes, and her grandfather. She felt if she gained more weight she would develop diabetes and didn't
