Feeling very hopeless at this point.
Had one surgery with
tooth
extraction
, now pain again and due for another surgery and more jaw removal. This is nightmare we both feel the ride is about over. Next step pluvicto, if it works. He has mets in clavicle, ribs, back, thank God no pain. Also numerous nodes.

ET and healing
On both occasions of punch biopsy the wounds have been slow to heal, have become infected requiring antibiotics, similarly with a
tooth
extraction
. I am on the waiting list for eye surgery and am anxious that I may find myself with healing problems.

PS to Periodontal Abscess and Prednisone
Thanks to everyone who took the time to reply to my post about gum/tooth infections and prednisone. All the replies were helpful! I did manage to generate one last question. Did any of you who had tooth extractions go on to have dental implants? I am leaning against due to cost and issues related to

TOOTH EXTRACTION
I am advised by my dentist that I need a back molar extracted. She is questioning if she can carry out the procedure at the dentist practice or if I need to be refered to the hospital. Her reasoning is my immune system. She has only been in the profession for 3 years, so might be aiding on the side

Anyone know of a dentist willing to do tooth extraction on someone with permanent long-standing AF and occasional tachycardia?
Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on dentistry... I have permanent long-standing AF (so I am constantly in AF and have been for 8 years), with occasional bouts of tachycardia (if I get stressed or have to walk too far - I can only walk a few steps without having to stop and rest). I am lucky

Cow milk proteins likely trigger of broader immune response with MS
Occasionally, I would get almond milk yogurt when I need to have a liquid diet (like for a

tooth extraction
I have been on 7 1/2 mg for nearly 4 weeks and doing very well. I am just finishing a course of antibiotics for a tooth infection and am having the tooth out on Thursday morning. Do I just take my normal dose with breakfast or should I up it to 8mg as a one off.

Tooth Extractions and Bronchiectasis. Any experiences?
I am going to have my
tooth
extraction
this week and my dentist said i have to have it asap. This is my first extraction after being diagnosed with bronch. Do I need to ask my pulmonologist of whether to have an extraction or not? Any tips and experiences would be of a great help

Dental Problems
Hi All, I’m having increasing problems with skin tightening on my face, due to this my mouth has got tighter , making it difficult to open my mouth, smile (looks more like a grimace) chew and is having an effect on my speech now. My front teeth seem to have been pushed forward and one has overlapped

Opioids and Paracetamol.
I have recommended using small doses of Paracetamol/Acetominophen to potentiate an opioid if it is being compromised by a trigger. This works well. However-- I have a cautionary tale to relate. I had a few molar tooth extractions recently and took extra paracetamol to relieve the pain. It certainly
