Tricuspid valve regurgitation tooth extractions

Hi, I am new to this forum desperately need some help. I have severe tricuspid valve regurgitation and emphysema and need to have 3 to four tooth extractions. I have been told I need to have these extractions done at the hospital. I have been waiting three years since covid and still no appointment for the extractions. I am in a lot of pain. I am not in England at the moment and dentists here will do the extractions. Is this safe. Anybody else been in this position. Please let me know as I am in pain and don't know what to do. You did your post a while ago now and I wonder if you have had the extractions done ?

I feel for you with the pain toothache can give and totally understand why you would want them removing

It is a difficult one to answer as I would be inclined to trust the Doctors here yet if I was someone else and in so much pain and they said it was alright I am not sure just to get rid of the pain if I would go ahead
