Vitamins in soft gel alternatives - taking a separate oil capsulue
I have noticed that it is suggested that as Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are fat soluble vitamins then the soft gel version might be a preferable. I have tablet versions and was wondering if taking an Evening Primrose Oil capsule with them would help especially when a fatty meal is not available.

I am newly diagnosed. White cells were 3.2L. In Ontario top of range is 2.9. I hope it is decided I am wait and see for now. I am taking for now two dried bitter apricot kernels. Read in many posts from US that they reduce white cells, plus green tea extract 750mg. Anyone else familiar with this or taking

Teva levothyroxine includes mannitol
I have received some information that the Teva brand of levothyroxine now includes mannitol in the ingredient list. We have received some reports that people are not very well on Teva and so I am interested to see how many people have been given this brand; whether their PIL states that it includes

Never ending insomnia please help!
I have been struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, and overall quality of sleep for years. I can’t seem to find a medication or supplement that works well for me. I have tried melatonin (nightmares), valerian root (too many giant bad smelling capsules to take in order for it to work), magnesium

Life is a living hell, crippling fatigue and brain fog
23, Male, Caucasian, 5'10, 165 lbs Hello all, I'm sure many of you can relate to my story so here goes. My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). It affected my sleep a little bit from what I remember

Food Intolerances
I know guidance is to eat a dairy and gluten free diet, however how many of you do this because you have to, rather than from choice? In October 2017 I had what the doctors diagnosed as Norovirus. Once I recovered from Norovirus, I started to (very quickly) have problems with a lot of the food I was

TEVA Levothyroxine
I have heard others say that different brands of Levothyroxine, have different fillers in them, which can cause side effects. I have recently been given the Teva brand instead of Almus. I don’t know if it is a coincidence but I have felt much more lethargic and hot flushes since this change. Any thoughts

Rash and creepy crawling
I have been struggling with the sensation of bugs crawling on my face and head. It feels like electric shock and white beads fly out. Drs say I'm crazy but after two years using essential oils for my skin eating raw garlic and using onion in my skin has actually made it come out. Onion for the skin
