Hi Just wondering as a "newbie" I keep hearing from friends who have my best interests at heart ( I think ! ) On hearing of my new diagnosis of RA consistently ask " have you tried Cod liver oil". Well my question is, why have I not seen it mentioned on the forum ? Has anyone tried it for any period

Hi, I have been having problems now for a couple of years , had tons of tests done (including diabetes, thyroid and Sjogren's - all negative), latterly bloods showing my kidney function is declining . Advice wanted on supplements to take to try and manage osteoporosis the natural way
I have osteoporosis and don't want to take medication and want to go the natural route to stop bone loss/ possibly increase it slightly. I am trying to sort out what supplements to take, and am getting confused. A definite bit of advice coming through it to take organic calcium, eg Algecal. This

can i take glucosamine chondroitin with turmeric plus msm with the prednisone and the usual calcium ,vitamin d etc.
Im doing well on my tapering. Just starting down to 6mg prednisone for my PMR. My daughter likes to do natural suppliments and just gave me a large jar of this stuff. I also take fish oil regularly and she gave me jar of Krill oil to use instead. Thoughts on this ?

Ongoing tummy issues - no idea what's wrong :(
Hey guys! I made a post about a week ago, but just wanted to make a more detailed one on symptoms i’ve been experiencing and my worries. Sorry if it’s long! For context, i’m 21 years old, weight about 40kg and i’m 5ft1 (bmi is within the underweight region). I’ve been this way for a few years now, so

Bloating & uncomfortable stomach
Hi all and have a good Christmas Day tomorrow 🎅🎄 Do any of you have an issue with dairy foods?! Or is this yet something else?! I am sure that the IBS I already have is sensitive to dairy. I have painlessly swapped butter, milk, cheese, yogurts and mayo to dairy free. But we had a meal at my mums

New to the group ....hi everyone
Hi I'm New to this group. My question is, has anyone with an under active thyroid found being on a gluten free diet has helped their symptoms, ie constant tiredness and over production if mucus. Thank you.

10 Topical Pain Relievers of Varying Potency For Localized Treatment of Pain That are Readily Available
The main active component is arnica montana, but Penetrex has a significant number of known pain relieving substances in it such as MSM, glucosamine, boswellia serrata, peppermint
oil
, camphor and
tea
tree
oil
. Despite all of that, I consider Penetrex not as effective as the above at pain relief.

I take Abilify and I know the drug helps me, but I'm gaining too much weight!!!!
I recently saw my medical doctor last week. He thinks I need to lose weight and I totally agree. I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I already do a lot of walking and over the past week I've been trying to cut down on how much I eat and watch my portion sizes, doing things like instead of eating 2 hot
