I have been having many bouts of AFIB since a colonoscopy 2 years ago. I don't know what set it off but went into AFIB during the procedure and ended up in the ER. I converted on my own while there. Omega 3
I am having quite a struggle with morning pain. Have been experimenting with split dose times of pred. I take omega 3 with evening primrose and flaxseed oils. Wondering if this was having an effect with the pred. I do not want to raise the pred so am looking for alternatives. As I am reducing I had read

I have during last three months been transferred to TEVA levothyroxine and feel as though I have taken a huge dip in symptoms either I have got worse or this medication isn’t effective? Has anyone else had a problem with TEVA?

For the last two years I've had almost constant severe breast pain particularly in my left breast. I've been to the breast clinic three times and seen a consultant who tells me it's hormonal and there's not much they can do. I've also seen my gp numerous times and all they ever do is refer me to the

T3 advice
Hi folks I’d dearly like some advice on T3 treatment. I’ve been on levo for around 6 years and I’m also a type 1 diabetic so both are auto immune disorders. I am going to have a private blood test to have a thorough check as I’m not sure I trust the TSH only test. As well as taking 150mg of thyroxine

Vitamins in soft gel alternatives - taking a separate oil capsulue
I have noticed that it is suggested that as Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 are fat soluble vitamins then the soft gel version might be a preferable. I have tablet versions and was wondering if taking an Evening Primrose Oil capsule with them would help especially when a fatty meal is not available.

Read in many posts from US that they reduce white cells, plus green tea extract 750mg. Anyone else familiar with this or taking

Teva levothyroxine includes mannitol
I have received some information that the Teva brand of levothyroxine now includes mannitol in the ingredient list. We have received some reports that people are not very well on Teva and so I am interested to see how many people have been given this brand; whether their PIL states that it includes

I have been struggling with falling asleep, staying asleep, and overall quality of sleep for years. I can’t seem to find a medication or supplement that works well for me. I have tried melatonin (nightmares), valerian root (too many giant bad smelling capsules to take in order for it to work), magnesium

23, Male, Caucasian, 5'10, 165 lbs Hello all, I'm sure many of you can relate to my story so here goes. My health has felt like it’s been in the crapper for way too long. When I was 12-13 I was diagnosed with mild GERD (acid reflux). It affected my sleep a little bit from what I remember

Food Intolerances
I know guidance is to eat a dairy and gluten free diet, however how many of you do this because you have to, rather than from choice? In October 2017 I had what the doctors diagnosed as Norovirus. Once I recovered from Norovirus, I started to (very quickly) have problems with a lot of the food I was

TEVA Levothyroxine
I have heard others say that different brands of Levothyroxine, have different fillers in them, which can cause side effects. I have recently been given the Teva brand instead of Almus. I don’t know if it is a coincidence but I have felt much more lethargic and hot flushes since this change. Any thoughts
