Who'd have thought it?

Early days I know but I feel like I'm becoming a bit of a gym junkie. After my initial assessment and induction last week I had my first full Phase 4 exercise session this morning. I experienced a strange experience beforehand... I was really looking forward to it, which is odd as I normally hate anything to do with the gym πŸ™ƒ. It's much harder than Phase 3 rehab at the hospital and they've put me straight in at advanced level for classes, all that swimming must have paid off πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ. Really enjoyed this morning, everyone is really lovely there and already looking forward to next session this Friday.

Take care everyone πŸƒπŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ

Good for you sounds like you have really enjoyed it and we can sometimes surprise ourselves with what we can do as well as something we didn't think we would like we find we actually do like

One of the best things you can have surprised yourself with and so pleased it has gone so well for you :-) x

Well done, so glad to hear that you are doing so well.

I , like many, have followed your progress and I am really pleased you can see the end of your journey in sight.
