Who'd have thought it?

Early days I know but I feel like I'm becoming a bit of a gym junkie. After my initial assessment and induction last week I had my first full Phase 4 exercise session this morning. I experienced a strange experience beforehand... I was really looking forward to it, which is odd as I normally hate anything to do with the gym 🙃. It's much harder than Phase 3 rehab at the hospital and they've put me straight in at advanced level for classes, all that swimming must have paid off 🏊‍♂️. Really enjoyed this morning, everyone is really lovely there and already looking forward to next session this Friday.

Take care everyone 🏃🏋‍♂️

One of the best things you can have surprised yourself with and so pleased it has gone so well for you :-) x

Well done, so glad to hear that you are doing so well.
