Minor surgery and pred
Has anyone had minor
surgery
with general anesthetic while on less than 5 pred? I was told that 5 was the magic number they were interested but am wondering if they just ignore the steroids all together lower than 5. I will be flourishing that steroid treatment card for sure!

endo belly post surgery?
Hi, I had
surgery
about 5 weeks ago. Stage 4 endo, including on bowels, and all was removed as far as I know. I thought the endo belly might settle down but honestly I still look like I’ve got a tire around my lower abdomen. I plan to get back into exercise. Does anyone have any insight/tips?

Post spinal fusion surgery
2 weeks tomorrow after
surgery
to fuse 7 vertebrae after Prostate Cancer spread to my T 10. Radiation caused a compression fracture and weakness in nearby vertebrae. Just wondering if anyone else has had this done. Pain medication Palexia and Oxyndone have hardly impacted.

Eliquis and surgery
I will have to go off my Eliquis for several days prior to having
surgery
on one of my eyes. I am terrified that I may go into AF while off it. Has anyone had to go off their anticoagulant for
surgery
and had AF without it causing a stroke?

Endo detection after surgery
But I'm curious to know how your first menstrual cycle felt after
surgery
? Or when most people realised they still had some endo after
surgery
?

Cosmetic surgery post transplant
Hello, Has anyone had cosmetic
surgery
post transplant? I’ve been doing
surgery
consultations and speaking with my nephrologist, planning for doing this in the future and have a sense of the risks. Currently on the fence, but curious if anyone else has gone down this path.

Masturbation after circumcision surgery
Hi, I was circumcised 5 days ago. I used to masturbate every day. It has been 5 days and I feel like I just can't take it anymore but I'm scared to hurt the stitches. Would it be ok for me to put some oil on the gland and just caress it to try to cum? How early could I masturbate? Thanks,

KNEE SURGERY?
High folks, went to see my consultant a few days ago, asked when I was getting my 1st
surgery
and we discovered I am NOT on the waiting list. This is apparently due to a CLERICAL ERROR with the orthopedic department.

endo surgery
My
surgery
is due on the 22nd feb, and I am looking for any advice going into it. How to stay grounded and the right questions to ask at the right time. specialist has mentioned a distended right tube, so she said it’s likely that will have to come out, and she will try her best to save r ovary.

My how things change
I went for another doctor appointment this afternoon and was told that I should have
surgery
on my hip. Partial hip, no socket. After looking at the x ray, it makes sense. Wonderful. I get to have a half-ass
surgery

Hi all , I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long you have to wait after steroid injection in the bottom before having gallbladder removal I've been told operation will be in 2 to 3 mths unless a cancellation comes in. But a friend said I'll have to wait 3mths now

Advice - Surgery or Radiation?
The surgeon suggested
surgery
non-nerve sparing on the left as there was PNI but could spare the right with pelvic lymph node dissection.

ovulation after excision surgery
Did anyone have issues with not ovulating after
surgery
? Last 2 months I don’t think I’ve ovulated. Last cycle was 7 weeks (I do usually have a long cycle but not that long!)
