Most docs will recommend waiting at least 6 weeks before doing anything like that, and this early into the healing you might damage stitches, healing tissue and more if you succumb to the temptation. I'm no doc, but at 9 weeks healed, I'm glad I waited until week 8 - I was swollen and a bit achey for a few days after my first handy shandy even with the healing to that point. If you can, resist the temptation until you've got several more weeks under your belt.

Perfectly normal to have a bit of blood in the early days, mate. Round the back I still got some bleeding (little spots) at week 3, but touch wood I've not had any more since then up to week 9 now. Yeah, it's definitely advisable to wait it out until 6-8 weeks so the outside is all healed.

When they start falling out you'll feel a massive release of pressure and pulling. Mine were all gone by week 5 and it definitely changed how it all felt down there.
the staples are less likely to come undone but can tear the skin. You have had traumatic surgery and need to allow your penis to heal internally and externally. The risk is really not worth the pleasure!!
