I had surgery about 5 weeks ago. Stage 4 endo, including on bowels, and all was removed as far as I know. I thought the endo belly might settle down but honestly I still look like I’ve got a tire around my lower abdomen. I plan to get back into exercise. Does anyone have any insight/tips? Thank you

Hey, I had the same thing I think it's the stress of the major surgery. Turmeric tea really helped me and I just did some very gentle stretching before getting back into exercise. Hope you feel better soon x
Sorry I don't really have any tips but just wanted to say I had my op 2 months ago and still get bloating too. I've heard people find an anti inflammatory diet can help. I found peppermint tea helped with gas x
Hi hun I’m the same had endo excision removed last Monday three hour operation. And removed all severe and chronic endo visible and some had some more places that were easier to visualise from being put in the medical menopause. My belly is very swollen still and I just have loads of stretch marks as before I had decaptayl injection I was 13.12 now I am 12.8 I just don’t feel like eating but it’s a good thing for me as I really was fat but it’s like it’s dropping off me now as I’m not even trying to loose weight it just keeps coming off .
