Apprehensive +++
However, I have also been reading all the posts on here and on other HU communitities, written by people who have stomas (admittedly written very early after that
surgery
) and they paint a very different picture... The Facebook communities are just as scary.

I am reluctant to have to go to the Dr’s
surgery
as it is a drive away at rush hour. I tried to order my meds again as they run out in a couple of days and a block has been put on them until the 10th when I will have seen the Doc. Well, that’s no good, how do I manage until then?

Dad diagnosed with GBM grade 4
He appears to have given up and does not want to have
surgery
or any treatment. He said he has done everything he wants to do in his life. He doesn’t seem depressed. He actually seems fairly content, but I’m really struggling to see him like this and not want to fight.

Skin not adhered in one part
It’s more noticeable now that I’ve had sex without a condom (it’s been over 3 months since the
surgery
, I had it on the 8th November). Will it cause harm if I was to have sex without a condom again?

severe pain with no inflammatory markers
Briefly I had a
surgery
in early February and haemorrhaged afterwards. My left keg became very stiff and uncomfortable which quickly escalated to a limp, followed by severe pain and stiffness.

CLL diagnosis
Hello all, I have just been diagnosed with CLL, because of a blood test in preparation for knee replacement
surgery
! I have a no symptoms other than mild fatigue. The encologist said this disease doesn’t mean that it’s the end. Some people go for years without symptoms.

wtf is this
After tugging and pulling for about 5 minutes the obgyn confirmed it wasn’t coming out and I would need
surgery
to have it removed. Guess what happened after
surgery
I finally had a bowel movement but that’s when things started to get funky .

New Diagnosis
But I’m trying to be positive the bhf said there can be a case for
surgery
, I know I can’t have a bypass but maybe there is something they can do that may improve my quality of life which is a bit rubbish. thanks for all the support I really appreciate it xx

Weird leg pain
The next step is
surgery
(fasciotomy) on both legs, but I have a nagging doubt that it's not really compartment syndrome at all. It really was so much better on the prostap so I feel like they're missing something? Has anyone else had this? Please let me know what tests/treatment you had!

Endo investigation, TTC post losses
I fell pregnant again quickly, but that pregnancy ended in surgical management of a missed miscarriage at 10 weeks, and while the
surgery
was believed to be successful I had near-constant bleeding for another two months.
