Sex after circumcision

Hi, i had my circumcision in September 2023 as i had a really tight foreskin so you could rarely see the penis, now after my surgery I can't really feel anything and due to this I dont have any pleasure during sex or foreplay. I can cum but it takes me forever and i cannot cum whikst having sex and its taking a toll on my relationship as my girlfriend understands but is frustrated I never want to have sex and when I say I do I always put it off.Can anyone help

I’m not as “active” as I’d like to be so may not be best guy to respond here… but I’d say you need to learn to use it differently, perhaps more gently and slower than before. I think you’ll find your new tool is pretty awesome but just works differently to you’re use to.

Maybe time to focus more on touching each other and sensitivity rather than a race to cum. The end result will be your GF will probably enjoy you more too!!

My advice - focus less on a race to penetrative sex so you cum, and focus more on pleasuring her gently and slowly… and I think your new tool will find its way again and she will love sex with you even more! As she does… you’ll find your way and lose your nerves of using it.

Have you discussed this issue with the surgeon? Or maybe ask your GP for a referral to a neurologist as there may be some nerve issue post surgery.It is still early days in the healing process as it can take up to a year or more so things may still be settling down.

I noticed one health website suggested vitamin B12 supplements so maybe you could ask your GP or the neurologist about that.

I'd really encourage you to get medical help as there's bound to be treatments to assist guys in your situation.

Same issue this end. Was cut at 40. Unable to have sex due to same reasons.

Curious, given your situation, during recovery, did you have any painful erections with the stitches still in place?

Hi Barry, I was just wondering, you say you have the same problem of no sensitivity following circumcision when you had the operation at 40 and still have it now come up but you don't mention how old you are now, are you still in your 40s or older?
