Free Mindfulness Course
I stumbled upon this absolutely free mindfulness based
stress
reduction (MBSR) course. It includes material from some well known practitioners. It's meant to be done over eight weeks, or longer. Seriously, no catch. It's free!https://palousemindfulness.com/

To your inner child
That you were constantly under
stress
from early childhood, that you had to take on overwhelming adult responsibilities. I'm sorry that when you wanted to feel safe, you had to be left alone with all the difficulties. I'm so sorry that you had to become strong so early, grown up so early.

I just work 3 days a week now in the office, less
stress
and physical exertion. I’m on less money obviously but I can manage and my healths far more important to me and my family. Now the negative points, my depression and anxiety are slowly rising, I can tell and my wife’s also noticed.

Am I on the right diet plan for losing weight and building muscle?
I would feel good for a few months and hit the gym and lose weight, then suddenly depression &
stress
hits me, and I overeat and gain weight. It kept happening over and over till I sought professional help a few months ago, and thanks to the medication, I've never felt better before.

Hi Folks, My
stress
levels went up when my phone specs were updated and my Kardia stopped working. My phone isn't in the AliveCor compatibility list. Has anyone else had these issues and how did they deal with it? Any phone recommendations for someone totally lost?? thanks

Is it my lungs or PMR
After a couple years and tapering to about 7mg of Pred, my shortness of breath became an issue again, to the point my doc sent me for a CT scan and to a heart doc who did a
stress
test (I failed miserably) and an angiogram.

How My Phobia of the Dark Helped Me Treat My OCD
At certain times, especially in times of
stress
, I was thinking about ways to be happier in life. Thoughts would come to my mind and I would examine them to assess their validity. Sometimes a thought would appear in my mind and disappear as quickly without giving me time to examine it.

Cognition improved after ablation?
The main finding is that there is a temporary dip in cognition for 3m after an ablation - presumably due to the
stress
following an ablation.

Update High Platelets - Thoughts Please….?
I feel well (other than
stress
of it all), no thrombotic episodes or symptoms associated with high platelets. Other ailments I do suffer with are… Underactive thyroid, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Vitiligo autoimmune skin disorder, many allergies.

too many drugs
But am settling for a peer support worker (listener) so I don’t vent to my housing worker every week who can’t handle
stress
. They all work in the same building. So housing worker can get a non
stress
synopsis of what I told the peer support worker

Improved?
Seems to be a link with tension/
stress
. Relaxing and doing neck/jaw stretches at times appears to help.

She is convinced that
stress
is part of the problem and that CBT would help my RLS. I can't see it myself but would be grateful to know if anyone has found it helpful. Many thanks.

I hope I am not alone...
I lack support, and that alone causes its own
stress
. Then I have my child who I love and who is "my little sweetie" being so aggressive and destructive. Even his need for loving physical contact leaves me feeling touched out, because it is CONSTANT.

Chest pains & hypertension due to Interferon or Hydrea?
I saw a cardiologist, who has put me on Perenodril/ indapamide to get the blood pressure under control and I have a
stress
test scheduled. The blood pressure medication seems to work. But the chest pains are still there (and seem to be getting worse).
