Parkinson's Arm Pain Mystery Solved: Overuse Injury Due to Tremor. Update - What is Helping
Stress
and anxiety resulting from this can add to the problem with muscle tension. In my experience, levodopa medication helps but does not provide complete relief.

Looking forward … I have retired , so have removed the
stress
of anxiety if I don’t feel well enough to cope with work . I’m read regularly with interest other group members posts but don’t always feel I have a lot to add to the advice and support shared .

Transplant delays
I have a living donor who is willing to save my life and this process is absolutely producing more
stress
than it should. On top of this, my step daughter, who is a PT, has volunteered her time to help me for the after-surgery timeframe and needs to let her practice know about timing.

PMR / Prednisone
This, I
stress
, is not to lose complete faith in a Rheumatologist but feel that PMR is too readily blamed for the symptoms you undoubtedly suffer as I did for four years or more. I wish you luck in your journey.

MPN and M.E.
I have heard recent research has linked MPN to
stress
, also ME has been linked to overwhelming experiences and situations or burn out in high
stress
jobs/life etc. Has anyone found a stimulate that has worked, to stop the brain fog and the physical exhaustion, which affects everything?

Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, interoception, neuroplasticity and Dr Bessel's approach to managing FND?
"Inescapable shock" (the body keeps score) is when our body relives the
stress
and doesn't know how to shut off the
stress
signals. The body thinks/learns (neuroplasticity) we are still in danger. The accumulated
stress
has to go out somewhere?

going in circles
She isn’t helping me to cope with my depression and
stress
. She is more interested in switching my meds. One of my biggest problems is I can’t stand up to anyone and say what I’m thinking. I feel like I’m going in circles. I’m talking to a therapist to help with
stress
and she’s stressing me out!

2023: W9R - Mental victory! :-)
After that, running is about
stress
and fatigue that will last for several days. I prefer to take it slow. I did it today and it was nice. - The difference in measurement when I push myself and when I run as slowly as possible is minimal. The only result is
stress
and misery.

Results and doctor visits
Hi everyoneOh the
stress
with these doctors. So I got my bloods done last week at 9.15 am. So I got extra done since I knew what to ask for thankfully because of your help here. Today I went back for results and honestly, it's like the light is on and no one home, the frustration.

Hello everyone
You can do this in the way that is best for you but I wanted to keep it realistic to not create
stress
like telling myself unrealistic expectations in a timeframe that I could feel was ok. I'm far from ok but I'm ok for now. I put into words my thoughts this morning about wanting to find peace.
