Wedding update

So the dreaded day. It took us 6.5 hrs to do a 4 hr journey as had to keep stopping for husband to walk RLS off. No sleep on night before wedding even with meds RLS kicked off. Wedding Day went well. So proud of husband as he really struggled to get to this day. Have realised that extreme anxiety and stress sends his RLS TO THE LIMIT even with the meds as since returning home it is back under control. Never mind at least we made it, something even last month I thought would be impossible. So to all sufferers out there it is definitely a thing that anxiety and stress can make RLS worse.

Got to try and keep going and not let it continue to rule our lives. Very proud of husband for being so determined to get there. When you see what they go through every day, you never think they are going to make it. Glad we did 🧖
