Kardia. An alternate way to use it.
However, from experience and after reading many posts here, it seems that how you use Kardia can often be the difference between it being helpful device that helps diagnose and manage arrhythmia's, and a device that causes more
stress
than it should.

If I can’t do my job without meds, should I find another job?
Also, some of my issues likely stem from using medication as my main tool and failing to focus on other things that make my ADHD better or worse, like sleep, exercise, good diet, environment,
stress
management, etc. I know this is also an issue.

Sudden AMH drop?
However, between the two tests, I had the most
stress
of my entire life, including a death in the family, the fertility treatment itself, the first heartbreaking failed transfer and the crushing miscarriage. I'm wondering if this could be
stress
-related? Google is vague on this.

Forgot an Idea
I've been going through a lot of
stress
and uncertainty lately in various aspects of my life, and I'm not sure if that is contributing to me getting stuck on this, but in my mind right now I lost a great opportunity to preserve an interesting idea.

Lots and lots of PACs
Last June (2023) I experienced a week where I had really frequent ectopics (every 4th or 5th beat), I was checked out and had lots of tests, ECG, Echo, Monitor &

MRI.

How to treat bad LPR (silent acid reflux) when hypothyroidism?
Leave 3h before going to bed after dinner, manage/reduce
stress
etc... which I am doing. Wondering if anyone has advice or could share their own way to deal with this because I'm struggling at the moment. Or what other sort of doctor (Functional/integrated medicine?) I should see. Many thanks

What causes autoimmune diseases?
, vaccines,
stress
etc etc. As a non expert I found it fascinating, and a radically different message to the one I have heard from conventional doctors over the years. I would be interested to hear the views of others on this forum.

Just diagnosed with 4.0 cm aneurysm of ascending aorta and severe calcification
In the past 3 years, I have had 2 nuclear
stress
tests, cardiac ultrasound, chest Xrays, abdominal ultrasounds and nothing was ever mentioned about calcification of my aorta but now it’s severe!!! I did have a stent placement in my LAD and angioplasty of a smaller vessel in 2020.

An Interesting Three Weeks
Will just add that planning a move is not a particularly
stress
free activity as well. Stay well all, snow and -7 here at the moment, too cold for early walk with the bowwow.

OCD during pregnancy
I am trying very hard to manage all this
stress
, but some times I feel so disappointed and lonely. I wash my hands all the time... I feel like my loved ones - including my husband - don't seem to understand how tough OCD can be.

Concerta XL starting side effects
I’m unsure if it is the meds (as she often has headaches which seem to be
stress
/tension related from trying so hard to focus and tiredness) but as the headaches seems more prolonged than usual if it is med related can anyone advise on average how long it takes for initial starting side effects to wear
