Husband just been told he has a slightly enlarged heart and plaque from distal LMS into the ostium LAD with potential flow limiting stenosis. Results have taken a month to arrive, so he called his GP today to discuss, he didn't seem that worried and said more tests will be ordered, no idea when, no treatment, no guidance. I have heart health anxiety and am really upset about this, I am trying not to stress hubbie about this, but surely something like this should be being fast tracked in case he has a heart attack. Is this common as we age, he had COVID with pneumonia, could that have caused it? Any advice appreciated
