hematology oncology appointment tomorrow-stressed
I know it’s
stress
. When I started this transplant journey I never dreamed I’d be celebrating my 15 month transplant anniversary by attending an appointment with a hematology oncologist. This has been a rough 15 months. I could sure use some better news tomorrow. Jayhawker

Beginning The journey, not quite sure why
They did all the tests, running
stress
, ECG, ultrasound etc then with no mention and I have presumed that the statins would protect me from hardening arteries by cholesterol? I did smoke but gave up 35 years ago, I don’t drink, I do some but not enough exercise (walk the GSD).

Recently, I've been going through a lot of
stress
and I know that I am circling the burnout drain. I have zero energy and zero motivation to do anything. This has caused my house to look like a mess. I have been trying to clean here and there but every time I clean up, it just gets trashed again.

Hurricane - Hope all are safe!
Cancer alone is hard enough, but storms like this have got to add so much
stress
. Our youngest daughter lives in the Keys and has been phoning us with updates--so relieved that she and her area are okay.

40 y.o. need to make decision another IUI over IVF, very low reserve, mentally at edge
How do you mentally handle the
stress
? Last weekend I flew off the handle totally, blaming myself and being just angry, then sad, the whole range of emotions. The hope is so tiny. My partner was tested he is healthy and all is good.

Something new…..
In one case I had put my body under enormous
stress
which was my own boneheaded fault - not at the gym but shifting a large amount of building materials. . Nothing since, thank goodness.

Update on Bank Holiday fun
Which leaves me with sleep deprivation and
stress
/panic attacks as the cause, I think? Which would make sense as if I call someone for a chat the moment my heart rate starts rising, it goes back down again within minutes.

Advice on referred blood tests
Also, any further evidence I can throw at this dreadful GP not covered in my previous post, who is causing me so much unnecessary
stress
and upset at a time in my life when I'm dealing with a huge amount of
stress
elsewhere.

Also wondering if a
stress
perfusion is the right thing to do to identify a blockage or wouldn't an angiogram have been better? My cardiologist is fantastic but just wanted to hear others thoughts.

Feeling scared and lost :(
. 😢 I have been feeling completely exhausted over the last few months, which I thought was due to
stress
and possibly burnout. That was until I found a lump on my neck, and found it difficult to swallow in recent weeks.

Worried about spotting
I assumed that it was
stress
because I’m in my second year at uni and have just had some exams which I was very stressed about. However I was hoping that once I stopped being stressed, the bleeding would stop.

I have not been diagnosed with MDD, but I'm been taking several medications for depression and anxiety for years.
In April, I lost it...I was under so much
stress
at work that I was breaking down and crying. I couldn't do my job. Others did see my distress and helped with some of my tasks. At lunch that very day, I went to my car and saw my dog's lease. I imagined putting it around my neck.

UK - Liver Resection
I feel sick, I'm bloated (from
stress
), I feel I have no desire to eat properly so I'm eating the wrong foods. I'm getting heart burn too. I'm convinced it's all anxiety related to the surgery. I just feel a mess and so teary. Sorry - no question. I just needed to share.

autophagy and Parkinson’s
When I was 20 years old, I went through some severe
stress
that caused me to start sleepwalking eating. I wouldn’t realize that I was doing it. Fast-forward 18 years, 5 to 6 times a week on average, I would sleepwalk and eat. I get diagnosed with Parkinson’s.
