Hello,I deal with major depression and anxiety. I also do my best to deal with Complex PTSD everyday. The effects it has on me are severely ruining my marriage. I don't know what to do.

perhaps marriage counselling or if you can open up to your wife and explain difficulty and how she can help

And therapy see therapist for while or as long as you need

I have complex ptsd too.....google ' books on how to help a loved one with cptsd' or understanding cptsd and give to your spouse maybe? I did that with people I needed to understand it more...it did help.....
