ears - a random one…
My bp has been through the roof for 3 months (although it’s been a difficult 3 months it’s now where near as stressful as the last 3 years - I don’t feel it’s
stress
- I feel ill) My hearing comes and goes when my RA I’d worse. I have tinnitus- this also increases when RA is flaring.

Stress
level as low as possible as well as no sleep apnea and 7 hours of sleep a night. The critical point is the daily exercise which is in my case 3 to 4 miles walk a day at my own rhythm and some bike and strength training.

Dealing with the Anxiety and Depression From Cancer
So for those of you suffering the mental side effects of anxiety,
stress
and possible depression that comes with this disease perhaps this research can help you fight these issues. At least that is my hope in starting this thread and also to give you some research to support my offered solution.

Why am i mentally, physically and infectious ill while everyone is burnt out and mad at me? I can't handle what they can't handle
Mom got my infection but she's sure it's because of
stress
. I depend on her fully as i can't walk and she's saying her life sucks and it keeps getting worse and worse. I feel like it's manifesting. Others be like "hi, how are you- fine, thanks" and we're just miserable .

what meds worked for any of you out there with gad and depression? And have you used cbt or act therapy?
Hoping to do cbt or Act therapy and that it can help me learn to better cope with my
stress
and accept it as something that will happen . Need advice from anyone that has been in my shoes and got help and is doing better with proper treatment.

Third time lucky
Myself and my wife are in our late forties, and never been runners throughout or lives, but we absolutely love the couch to 5K programme, and cannot
stress
enough, not only the physical benefits, but the mental benefits from it, the release of Endorphins at the end of a run is addictive, and so good

Had my appointment
I explained my usual
stress
response which is very different to the symptoms I'm getting. The Dr listened to my chest, said there wasn't a wheeze but it sounded 'tight'? I had to do three peak flow readings which were apparently much lower than the last time.

Other than my fears of growing older, being dramatic and the
stress
and the fears of wasting my youth over nonsense. My mom ask me why can’t I be like the other overweight people, she’s right.

I seem to be finding that
stress
(in this case Christmas) is the trigger, last time it was a trip to Ireland. I have a cruise booked for the end of March and feel that I need to find a way to of coping with these episodes before then.😵💫🤔

I left my high-
stress
job 6 weeks ago because of what I thought was professional burnout. Turns out the burnout is mostly related to me, my boundaries, my trauma, my mental health problems, now complicated by physical illness. The burnout ran much deeper than I was hoping.

Improved sleep on anti-anxiety medication / antidepressants.
However, those without mental health conditions can also have
stress
, excitement, lack of relaxation, etc. without a disorder that will disrupt sleep and lead to frequent brain awakenings.

stress induced gastritis
I am 4 days into half dose of my antidepressant then I move up. I am on 80 mg of stomach stuff the knot is gone… but now bouts of severe indigestion that trigger my head. Its been a week. Has anyone had their stomach go crazy for longer then a week? I also have health anxiety. This truly is a nightmare

IBS or Redundant colon
So my symptoms started over ten years ago after a period of
stress
. I was later diagnosed with IBS with constipation, flatulence and abdominal pain -lower left side. The pain is only severe following a bowel movement. So I have a cycle of feeling fine until I have a bowel movement in the morning.
