stress induced gastritis

I am 4 days into half dose of my antidepressant then I move up. I am on 80 mg of stomach stuff the knot is gone… but now bouts of severe indigestion that trigger my head. Its been a week. Has anyone had their stomach go crazy for longer then a week? I also have health anxiety. This truly is a nightmare. If I could just get my stomach to be normal I might have a chance but my anxiety triggers that too!! My anxiety is so physical. I get sick. I had such a good day yesterday and then this morning awful. I cant go to work until I have at least a couple good days as I am a care aid and need my brain.

I’m so sorry you’re unwell. Almost all anti depressants have a side effect of gastritis and indigestion. It’s a Catch 22 I’m afraid x

Yes, I take regular stomach meds because of all the tablets I’m taking affecting me, ask your Dr.
