stress bleeding, implantation or miscarriage?

prior before the 25th I had sexual intercourse on the 12th of this month. However, the 18th-22nd of this month I had my period. Today I woke up and made some herbal tea (a bunch of different stuff for the flu) then couple minutes later i started experiencing cramps then intensely. So I went and pooped. I thought nothing of it although there were cramps after awhile I felt moist so i wiped and saw that. It was weird for me because I already had my period and dont take birth control. I was wondering if I could get some insight or advice from anyone please.

there can be a number of reasons why you are bleeding

I randomly bleed as I had a contraceptive implant in my arm.

It could be if you have had sex your cervix have been bashed and it’s bled,

It could be because your pregnant

It could also be a medical issue that you need to speak to your doctor

Gave you done a pregnancy test?
