Stress fracture
Basically I have been running for 4 years approximately now and have earned myself a metatarsal foot
stress
fracture 😩 I have now been given the all clear to start again very slowly. I know common sense should kick in, but unsure how far to go for the first couple of runs.

Stress and cortisol
I have a question about how
stress
affects us with hypo. Do you think that a stressful situation can affect us quickly? If I get stressed a lot, soon after (within minutes) I feel extremely unwell; fatigued, nauseous, sleepy, achy, brain fog.

Keeping your tinnitus induced and super sensitised sympathetic nervous system under control
Exercise and
stress
In trying to reduce your
stress
levels to bring your tinnitus loudness down, the unfortunate Catch 22 is that experiencing tinnitus in itself can be stressful.

Stress test results
hi all, I have now had my drug induced
stress
echo with contrast and the consultant told me there and then that I have a healthy happy heart. What a relief after months of random chest pains. She says I have angina and to carry on with bisoprol and aspirin and to carry a gtn spray with me.

Treadmill stress test.
Hi all, My cardiologist has referred me for a treadmill
stress
test to check my chronotropic response to exercise. Has anyone had one before? From what I've read it's to check my hr during exercise. Any advice or views on it? Thank Taz.

Finals Stress
Hey, so I'm new here, and I'm a 2nd year college student, and I just finished my finals. I found out that I failed two of my classes. This isn't the first class I've failed. Both my parents and I have poured a lot of money into college, and I enjoy going to the college I go to. I just feel really lost

Can't handle stress…
OK… I'm having a bit of a crisis, and it's shone a light on how badly I deal with
stress
. It feels like something's physically broken and has been for a long time, possibly since early childhood. (I'm now in my fifties.)
