I've been on leventhyroxine for years for underactive thyroid. Had yearly check muddle of Feb. TSH 2.09. Had full bloods for something else (WRS) and levels are 0.36 by middle if April.
I'm wondering if stress can cause TSH to go up or down?
Dr. Says this is in normal range for lab- but normal is 0.3 so I'm right of the edge and my TSH had never been this low...
Could it be stess? Time of day? Food intake? I'm making Dr. Appointment as want to discuss it.

So we can offer better advice, can you tell us more about your thyroid condition, eg when you were diagnosed, ongoing symptoms, current medication & dosage, plus blood test results (with ranges in brackets) for:
FT3
FT4
(in addition to TSH supplied)
Plus any antibody and key vitamin tests (ferritin, folate, vitamins D and B12)
If your GP is unable to complete all the above (eg if TSH is within range, some surgeries may not be able to access FT4 and FT3 tests), you could look to do this privately, as many forum members do, for a better picture of your thyroid health:
