good morning all, I’ve been on Pragabalin now for five months, started off on 75mg I’m now on 220mg, what is the normal dose of Pragabalin, I have been getting on very well, able to sleep at night, but this past week my legs are tingling and taking longer to get to sleep, I’m wondering I f stress can contribute, which I have a lot of going on at present .

Yes-- stress can set off the fizzies.

But be careful with antidepressants, as some can also trigger RLS.

The normal effective dose according to the May Clinic Updated Algorithm on RLS is 200 to 300, but one can take as much as 600. So you can increase it .
