Coming off progesterone after an unsuccessful FET- any side effects

Hi, it's been about 11 days since I've come off progesterone (cyclogest , lubion) and something else I can't quite remember now, I think estrogen tablets after an unsuccessful embryo transfer. I've been getting headaches since then, feeling dehydrated and today I have significant stomach discomfort. I was just wondering if this was a side effect of coming off progesterone as I thought it would leave my system quicker than this. Perhaps it just stress and grief taking its tool as physically I feel terrible. Does anyone have an experience of side effects coming off hormones.

Hi girlinoffice. All that medication worked on two glands at the front of yo head in between your eyes. Usually that’s where the headaches centrilise. Try drinking lots of water, this often helps., and regular paracetamol. Hopefully the water will help. So sorry your transfer was unsuccessful. Thinking of you. Diane

yeah it’s like a bit of a hormone crash for me and I do feel crap for a bit almost like I’ve caught something and sometimes I do catch something too- like my immune system is down! Nurofen and paracetamol together usually help me and I do also like to get out and about for walks to shift it when I can (I think this improbably treating the mental health affects more than the physical) . As Diane said a good amount of water too (although I found out there is a tipping point and too much water also gives me headaches 🫣 🤷🏻‍♀️🤪) I hope you feel better soon xx

I came off around 11 days ago also and the headaches are horrible . I really didn’t get on with the estrogen and won’t be having another medicated fet due to it. Xx
