Gemtesa (Vibegron) cost

Gemtesa has proven to be very reliable at fixing my stress incontinence. But, I’m 75 and on US Medicare. Cost is around $500 per month. Discounts only with private insurance. My usual ‘tricks’, Canada, Vanuatu don’t have the drug. I’m stretching it by taking every third day with solifinacin on other days.

Thinking about getting someone with private insurance to get a prescription but that’s probably all sorts of illegal. hope there will be a better way to access this drug.

Any suggestions?

Gemtesa is not used for stress incontinence. It is use for urgency incontinence.

All I know is with gemtesa when I laugh I’m staying dry and I can lift and carry 50 lb bags of topsoil without my leg getting wet. I’ve struggled with incontinence since I had salvage brachytherapy ages ago.
