i was expose to dramatic event :

noise from my neighbor , the mechanics ( almost like bomb )and people aggressive behavior

the reason was i thought i was wrong to them and standing still for their punishment

this last almost a year

now i be super fearful of other and shaking whenever they act same way (eps intended to me)

plus, I'm still fear of that people know what I'm thinking ( esp negatively of them)
