Hello my IVF ladies. I'm on my second attempt. 9dats today.I have been monitoring my cervix. Its been high and soft but now feels like it's lowering.
The entrance into my vjj is also a bit tighter . Is this normal please????
Not a lot of symptoms. Som I'm starting to stress a bit. I read on here about sore boobs coming and going. I'm feeling a few twinge here and there...but nothing I can feel confident about.

Unfortunately you can't trust any symptoms when you're doing IVF! Your cervix won't be giving you a true sense of what is happening at the moment due to all the meds.
I am 9dp5dt too! Symptoms - sore boobs and cramps every now and then not so much in last few days but nothing to report back. If I have learnt anything, reading in to symptoms is causing me significant stress! Including the idea that I haven’t started my period because of progesterone. I’ve decided im going to concentrate on counting down days to HPT instead! FIVE DAYS TO GO!!!! Hope this provides some support! Xxx
Wait for the HCG with the bloods, at this point, that will be way more accurate! I am sending you all my good vibes today. I’ll add you to my prayers to all the clergy people I don’t believe in too! Let’s hedge our bets….
I wouldn't read much into the symptoms - mine have never had any bearing on success on failure and it wasn't until more like 5 or 6 weeks that the proper symptoms kicked in and then there was no mistaking them. But everybody's different and each transfer or pregnancy can be too - some friends have managed to go whole pregnancies blissfully without any symptoms bar an increasing bump. I don't think I'd even know how to monitor my cervix - sounds acrobatic!
it’s impossible to read into symptoms but I know so hard to not!
Honestly if you’re stressing about it I would just test, 9dp5dt will be nearly definite to be accurate. I tested on 7dp5dt and was so glad I did. Good luck!
I wouldn't trust on how it feels comparing to normal cycle, medications and procedure could make everything different.
I've been told to not put anything inside vjj, no tampons, fingers, no sex etc for 2 weeks because of the high risk of infection. If you think that they put a catheter inside your cervix they could "nick", scratch etc while putting it inside because of how sensitive and delicate the tissue is inside plus there could always be some bacteria under fingernails.
