I thought I should share this, if your IBS symptoms is frequent stooling (not diarrhoea) you can try peppermint oil capsules say 30 mins to 1 hour before a meal (once a day) combined with deliberate reduction in stress and relaxation from worry; I believe it will work, at least 90% reduction.
The best combination is to take time off and travel somewhere while your health is improving. You can also take two it twice a day in the first 3 days to feel more confident, even though I believe one will be enough.

Peppermint oil didn't work for me. In fact as I have a hiatus hernia it made things worse, as it kept repeating. I also felt it burning throughout my digestion system. The doctor prescribed it. They keep suggesting it and should know it does Not suit a hiatus hernia. I know so.e people sware by it, so I'm pleased it worked for you.
