Persistent low grade fever
He advised he felt it was COPD and suggested I book a spirometry test 6 weeks after the
steroids
. Well I didn't realise just had hard breathing had become until the
steroids
kicked in and wow what a difference. After the
steroids
my chest feels great however my fever has remained.

Can pred cause dementia-like symptoms?
If
steroids
are so dangerous long term, why don't more of you take sparers? Is it because most of you are down below 10 mg? Is it because they cause other problems?

Adrenal Tumor and Troublesome Prednisone Tapering
Since we know how highly impacted adrenal glands are by prednisone, I wonder if I developed the tumor because of the
steroids
. The tumor was removed last year.

I’m perplexed about Pluvicto
Constant fatigue which seems only to be relieved with
steroids
. With a partially collapsed lung, breathing is a challenge; he uses oxygen when he needs it. Referred to OSU pulmonary interventionist to evaluate inserting stent into lungs to open airways.

Update:Just Beginning
The Rhuematolgist’s plan was to withdraw me from
Steroids
completely and see what my symptoms were. ( You all know where this going don’t you!..) The resultant crash was absolutely frightening and not something I ever want to repeat.

Progesterone
Last round I was on
steroids
, clexane, p.pessary and lubion. Apart from asking about my progesterone levels, should the blood test be performed during collection or how many days before transfer ? Hopefully have an ERA next round. Any other suggestions…

Hello
I had a severe flare of inflammation in July, which was a whole process with the NHS and my GP, but I finally got in touch with my specialist who gave me some
steroids
. However, now as I’m on low
steroids
, the swelling is coming back and so is the pain.

Whoops! I made a boo-boo.
A week ago I visited the rheumatologist, who prescribed reducing Prednisone from 5mg to 4g daily and adding 20mg hydrocortisone. All part of the wean-off steroids.Stupidly, and because I was massively distracted by life circumstances, I didn't take in her instructions properly and reduced overnight

Return of the Living Dead
He says he would put me back on
steroids
, but could not do so without the consultant's say-so. However, tomorrow evening I am playing in a concert and I really want to do it. I also have a few pred 5s, 2.5s and 1s left.

Painful hands
So I have finally come off of
steroids
and I am now only on colchicine which I don't think is helping as I've had an absolute rubbish time since
steroids
have left my system.
