So I went back to the doctors yesterday and was seen by the locum who said that my chest is clear and she would speak with the doctor about what to do next and she would phone me which she did to tell me that she didn’t get chance to speak to him because he dashed off, so this morning I phoned back and got an appointment with the doctor who gave me the Trimbow inhaler, he checked my chest and temp and then said ‘unfortunately I think your smoking related copd has moved on’ so now I’m back on steroids for 5 days to see if they will help and have to wait until September for my hospital appointment.Thank you all for your advice xxx

The worst thing about our hospitals is the waiting time.
