I was taking 1 Nutri Adrenal a day until I couldn’t get it anymore. I’ve had a break for several weeks. I’ve been using inhaled steroids for over 40 years, with occasional use of oral steroids.
Does anyone have advice on these results from Regenerus please?
thanks x

Hopefully some other with more knowledge will reply soon, but your DHEA seems worryingly low, which I think does suggest your HPA axis is struggling. But then I don't know what the impact would be on levels if you've been on glandulars for a long time then stopped. If your morning cortisol is fine, a blood serum test in the morning might not be abnormal either, and that seems to be what doctors look at. Do you have a supportive endo or GP? Would be worth sharing the results with them. I was directed to this website on the forum, and it has useful explanations of different cortisol patterns to see where you're at: rt3-adrenals.org/cortisol_t...
thanks, no supportive endo or gp. Flying solo. I was a patient of Dr Peatfield several years ago. I was in a mess at the start and he recommended a lot of adrenal support prior to embarking on thyroid replacement.
Ah, so a bit trickier. Maybe it's worth trying to find a useful private endo from the TUK list or forum recommendations? Did you feel well on the glandulars (Nutri)?
From what I can make out about DHEA is that rather than supplementing it as you don't know how it is going to behave you would be better off using separate HRT to lift your levels in a more controlled balanced way 🤷♀️🤗
