50/50 chance to get a free PSMA PET scan at UCLA if you are unfavorable intermediate or high-risk and plan on having radiotherapy
It would normally cost almost $3,000 if you paid out of pocket, but UCLA is running a clinical trial to see if getting a DCFPyL PET/CT improves outcomes in unfavorable-intermediate and high-risk men who will be getting treatment. If you are randomized to the PET scan, it is free (transportation not included

Just trying to get my head around the possibility that the screaming continuous tinnitus in my right ear is caused by 'Boris' ( I've named the tumor) and that the 'treatment' recommended is watch and wait, rescan in 6 months. It's 15mm at first scan. Anyone had useful treatment for the symptoms of tinnitus

I had to replace my email address and my phone and lost all access including this site about a year ago! My update: I was on oral chemotherapy with several different medications, slowly reducing down the strength of them because if my reactions - heart & breathing issues. But my cancer kept disappearing

Just what I didn't need.
Good evening lovely ladies ( and gents). I hope that things are going as well as possible for you. I'm afraid that circumstances have meant that I am not going to be eligible for the trial at Oxford. I was admitted into hospital a week ago in a lot of pain. They thought I had a bowel obstruction and
