Hi, just relaying my experiences so you don't give up. I've just ran W4R2 after restarting Couch to 5K on New Years Day. That's 2 years to the day since I graduated C25K but things went a bit wrong after that. Graduated 1/1/19 but started getting slower and tired all the time. Finally found out I had stage 3 rectal cancer in April 19. Had chemo and radiotherapy in June-Sept and Oct-Nov 19. Had a 14 hour operation in March 20 and I'm currently fixed. I have a permanent stoma bag.
However, I'm all fixed and finally decided i was fit enough to start running and nothing will stop me this time. So don't give up. Listen to your body. do some week's again if you feel like you need to but keep going.
