Tww panic - does pms mood swing mean it is all over?
I am 8dp3dt, have had no sore boobs or other symptoms, only mild cramping from meds. Lack of sore boobs was a bit worrying as am on progesteron injections and cream. I had a previous failed transfer in September, and that time had very sore boobs plus a lot of cramping. This time along with the lack

Calling for B6 test results in PD: Unveiling the dosage dilemma
It is remarkable that there is no known study where guidelines are given on the degree of B6 supplementation while a good B6 balance is crucial in PD treatment. Through HU, I have gathered a database of B6 test results from PD patients. Some from PWP without supplementation, and some with. Preliminary

Biotin and ESR/CRP Testing
Good evening. I have been taking supplements - AdCalD3 (of course!), Vit K2, VitB complex magnesium glycerine/malate and fish oil - fairly religiously since starting on pred. To help with hair/skin/bone thinning, I have also taken collagen and biotin. I was alarmed to discover tonight that biotin can

Leg Pain - 4th Week on Lupron
Hi Friends, I'm on 4th week of ADT (Lupron+Abiraterone). Yesterday I started feeling right upper leg pain in the quads area. I'm not sure whether it's bone or muscle pain. But it's getting worse. I can barely walk. At first I was thinking may be I strained it. But I didn't do anything different than

B12 sublingual
Hi, I suppose this has been addressed before, but....Is there any reason not to take sublingual B12 around the same time as ndt? Usually I space the sublingual B12 a couple hours away from ndt but figured the B12 is bypassing the digestive system & the ndt is not. My TSH, FT4&3 are all good. Since

Hi, I had a big increase in the number of ectopics I get last year. Also, had bigeminy and atrial tachycardia. Cardiologist suggested 1.25mg of bisoprolol which helped reduce the number for a few weeks but then they became even worse so I was advised to take 2.5mg. Same story: some improvement for a

Vitamin and mineral supplements? My latest results
Hi all, I've just had my latest Blue Horizon results (see image) which I would welcome comments on, particularly regarding the vitamins and minerals I might need to supplement. All blood tests were done no later than 9.30am, no levo for 24 hours before. I've worked really hard this year on my diet, but
