Vitamins B1 and Magnesium

I was advised to try vitamin B1 in addition to my usual magnesium each night. The good news is I noticed a significant difference after a week or so. You may want to try some B1 if you have never tried it before. As always aim for the best quality supplements. Good luck.

Thankyou.👍

I'm amazed you can take B vitamins at nighttime! For me, even taking them in the morning can result in insomnia.

I read that if you have RLS you might be short of vitamin B1. Has anyone knowledge of this.
