hi everyone I’ve been diagnosed with meningioma 2021 - currently seen some grown in past 12 months so dr us suggesting gamma knife - I don’t have any symptoms - I would like to continue with supplements in the meantime until I can have another consultation with the NS - I had 3 previous appointments with naturopath and growth was stable so I need to continue with diet but I got bit relaxed and couldn’t stick to it fully which is why I think there has been growth not 100% sure.

- can anyone tell me if the below supplements are ok to take altogether or if any are conflicting ? I’m only taking vitamin d omega 3 and lions mane now …. But thought I should step it up a bit due to the recent growth

turmeric

Ashwagandha

Lions mane( once finished will start Mushroom complex)

Vitamin d

Algae omega 3

Magnesium

guggul

Frankinsense

Thank you
