Worsening Stress Incontinence 20 Months After Surgery?
I had my Robotic Prostatectomy 20 months ago at age 54 and everything went really well. Good post surgery pathology (no positive margins or extracapular extension). I didn't need pads about 5 months after surgery. I of course experienced stress incontinence after but at 1 year it was virtually non-existent

Had appt with urologist, although already stated no surgery
Had appt and the urologist seemed to he trying to persuade me to have prostatectomy although I was clear at diagnosis no surgery primarily due to incontinence issues. He said permanent incontinence occurred in less than 5% of cases, I disagreed and said 10/15% is nearer the mark am I correct?

HRT post ovarian cancer
Hi, does anyone have anything on HRT post ovarian cancer and radical hysterectomy? I’m 14 years post diagnosis and struggling with brain fog and fatigue. Is HRT an option?

AUS revision surgery?
I'm seeking advice on having a second AUS surgery. My background: I had a prostatectomy in 2016 and radiation a year later because the cancerous tumor had penetrated the sack. I have since had undetected PSA but have suffered with severe stress incontinence. I had AUS surgery in 2018 but it failed because

Advice on bloodwork after radiation treatment?
He was diagnosed with prostate cancer (a very low PSA) back in 2016, underwent a
radical
prostatectomy
that year, and then radiation a year or two later to his pelvic area after a rise in PSA.

Robot assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy - PSA confirms microscopy after surgery
PSA, 7 weeks after surgery, was 0.01 ug/L. Recall microscopy after surgery reported the tumour was no longer prostate confined with capsular penetration and extension into periprostatic fat. Tumour extended very close to the posterior surgical margin but in none of the sections did it reach this margin

OH sudden increase in TSH 14 years after Radioactive iodine treatment
Hi,OH (65) has been feeling really fatigued the last few months, also really feeling the cold. Treated with radioactive iodine 14 years ago and been on 100mg of levothyroxine ever since. He had a prostatectomy last June and we had put the tiredness down to that. A recent blood test has put his TSH

Side Effects of Lupron plus Abiraterone
I'm 56 and 15 mos post
radical
prostatectomy
. I'm on Lupron and Abiraterone plus prednisone. Aside from the 'normal' side effects of low/no libido, reduced testicle size, etc., I am losing much of my body hair. I'm referring to arm, leg, chest and armpits.

Out of town prostatectomy
For those that have had a prostatectomy out of state, who did most of the follow-up? Did you have a local urologist too? I suspect a local urologist would be hesitant to follow up on a patient whom had his surgery done by someone else.

Chronic pain after prostatectomy
My friend had robotic prostatectomy in May 2019. In the almost 5 years since he has experienced daily abdominal pain. He has seen numerous doctors but none of them have been able to diagnose the source of the pain. He is an invalid due to this problem. Does anyone else know of a similar case? Any

Prostatectomy in March 2020. Image guided radiation (39 treatments) one year ago. Lately, I began dribbling and dripping without warning. Where I used to be able to use one pad for three days, now I go through 3 pads per day! I gave up coffee and alcohol to see if the was the cause. After 4 weeks, no
