Vit D3 deficiency?
Following blood tests taken at the request of my rheumatologist, I've had a letter from him advising me to take 1 VitD3 1000iu (Cholecalciferol) daily for the next 6 months. I already take an AdCal daily ; do you think the extra Vit D is advisable? Look forward to receiving your wisdom.

Medical Marijuana
Hello All, I have just joined the community. I am a male, 50 with AMN. I would like to find out if anyone has any knowledge of the use of medical marijuana for our symptoms, primarily peripheral neuropathy. For me it is worst at night, as I gather it is for most of us. I experience cold in my feet and

I had a 14cm high grade ovarian tumour removed in September along with radical hysterectomy. Outcome was stage 1. Very lucky I know. I opted for 6 cycles of carboplatin to optimise my chances. This has just finished. My oncologist has told me he doesn't intend to scan me or do CA125 test, so it's just

Hi all, Following a total thyroidectomy 5 months ago, I'm still struggling to reach the right dosage of medication and optimum health. Maybe I'm being too optimistic about optimum health without a thyroid. Since my surgery, I was prescribed 125mcg Levothyroxine which I took until about 6 weeks ago.
