Prostatectomy in March 2020. Image guided radiation (39 treatments) one year ago. Lately, I began dribbling and dripping without warning. Where I used to be able to use one pad for three days, now I go through 3 pads per day! I gave up coffee and alcohol to see if the was the cause. After 4 weeks, no improvement. Now, starting to read that vitamin B could cause it. I've been on vitamin B complex for approx 6 months now, along with C, magnesium, zinc and D3. Thoughts?

DRIPS AND DRIBBLES
TY for your suggestion. Yes, I have been on Orgovyx for the past 14 months and I have noticed the cumulative effects of testosterone blocking. Exercise and Kegels are a waste of time without testosterone to build muscle. I have adopted a "wait until May" attitude, which is when I stop the Orgovyx.
Don't give up on the exercises. It will be harder without T but if you can gain some control back it will be worth it.
I take Taurine and L Theanine and creatine to help add muscle via exercise.
Late-term side effect of salvage radiation. Maybe it will resolve on its own. If not, discuss artificial urinary sphincter - 3 pads is a lot.
TA I'm having the same problem, if I have the sphincter procedure, can it be any Urologist or should I find the best ?? thank you
The best, most experienced. It matters.
TA would you know of any good experienced URO. near as possible I'm in G.R. Michigan, I'm willing to travel Wisconsin would be nice ty so much
high A1C can cause excessive urination. I thought radiation had caused me to leak but an A1C of 10.8 was the culprit. At 6.2 now I’m back to fighting to pee taking two flowmax a day.
I am on a similar journey except I had 61 IMRT sessions and am taking Nubeqa with the Orgovyx. I agree with Moon Rocket. I started daily kegels before my RP surgery and have no plans to stop….. ever. My only proof it works is that I haven’t worn pads since 4mos after my RP and minimal dribbling for me occurs if I am impatient finishing a pee or an intense bike ride or I try to hold it too long or a "snart". 😂 I am keeping a watchful eye on late-term radiation induced leakage that TA mentioned as those SEs can start showing up years later.
