Risks of RT for bowel/bladder damage
I am new to the forum, and I expect to begin Radiation Therapy in March or April after two months of ADT. Among the many disturbing aspects of the treatment are the side effects of RT. Can anyone direct me to info on the risk of RT damaging the colon, bladder or rectum and then requiring even more disturbing

PSMA scan changes treatment yet again
Over the last few months I’ve had 3 PSMA scans and each time my treatment needed to be changed. PSA is no longer a good marker of my disease. 1. Planning prostatectomy. I went and had a PSMA scan which showed issue was supraclavicular lymph nodes and met on C1. Treatment swapped to Lu177. 2. After

I need lots of advice about my role as a caretaker.
My partner had Robotic Prostatectomy 11 days ago. I stayed with him for 10, and waited on him hand and foot. Through my back out assisting him in and out of the bed. But I live and work 2 hours away. I feel so guilty for leaving him but could not get extra time off work. Anyway, today he overdid it

Erection problems
Hi I’m 67 & had a prostatectomy in November, I’m almost back to normal now, except in the erection department, I have prescribed a small dose of viagra to take every day & take a big pill when I’m ready to perform, with no luck yet. Anybody got any tips or even a spare vacuum pump which I could borrow

I don't know a lot about it because he doesn't like to talk about it. In fact, he doesn't seem to want

Intermittent ADT
2015 - PSA 6.0, Gleason 4+3=7. Prostatectomy, 40 radiation treatments and 7 months Lupron. PSA was soon undetectable. Stayed that way until 2020. It slowly increased to 7.3 in 2021. Ga68PSMA and Auxumin (?) Pet scans all showed nothing. Started on Firmagon. PSA went to undetectable within two weeks.
