MRI prior to Radiation Treatments + HT

PSA after the radical prostatectomy
I have posted at "the Inspired" looking for answers to my puzzles. Some have responded with helpful insight. I am sill wondering why my PSA does not drop to near zero after radical prostatocmy. My original PSA was 28 and MRI found something suspicious. The surgeon I saw booked a date for removal operation

Catheter removed today!
Hi, this is my first post. My husband had his catheter removed today at 9am following his robotic prostatectomy (Retzius sparing) on April 9th. He hasn’t leaked or dribbled at all, but is peeing every hour (with full control). The frequency is alarming though - should he be trying to hold on longer

Hi, my Dad was diagnosed back in 2021 with stage IV, Gleason 9, oligometastatic. He had 6 weeks of radiation at the time of diagnosis and has been for the past 2.5 years on Abiraterone, Prednisone and Lupron. As I mentioned in my prior post my Dad’s PSA started going up. He had a PSMA Pet scan and it

Yale New Haven
will have prostatectomy. Considering Yale New Haven, as I’ve been seeing a urologist in the network for the past few years. Would like to know about the experience of others that have done same procedure in YNH, and whether they recommend it.

PSA, total
Hello. I know this forum is about advanced prostate cancer. I’m really hoping I’m not there yet. I had a RP June 2023 I just got the results from my forth PSA test the first three were a post prostatectomy PSA test and all three were 0.02 this last one was a PSA, total. That’s what the Urologist wanted

Satisfaction with AUS after Radiation
If you have had an AUS implanted after receiving radiation are you satisfied with your decision and has it improved your quality of life? Or do you regret having an AUS implanted and if so why? I have had both a prostatectomy and salvage radiation (see profile). I regained continence after the prostatectomy

Lymph node deposits (aka TD's)
Dear all Hoping you are all as OK as possible. Having been originally diagnosed with breast cancer in Feb 2019, after which I had a lumpectomy and 3 lymph nodes removed(the latter were clear), I have been back and forth for many ops due to recurrences including a radical mastectomy after recurrence

Help with Results
I just updated my Bio and just received my PSMA Gallium scan results. Appointment is tomorrow to review but from what I see even with a low PSA of 0.052 a lymph node lit up which is rare. Is this correct and given this my guess SOC is whole pelvic adjuvant radiation and higher dose to lymph nodes or?
