Quitting Vaping 50mg Of Nicotine Before During and After Jaw Surgery
So i know that jaw surgery for me is probably far off in the future. But i want to get ahead of it. I need to know how the best way to quit vaping temporarily is before a major jaw surgery. If anyone has and questions feel free to comment. More of the story is in my Biography. Please let me know what

New here!
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, lots of exercise and yoga and I
quit
drinking
alcohol when I started taking the meds as I figured my liver was getting enough stress from the meds! I have had to take a fairly high dose of Hydrea to keep my platelets down, typically 3 x 500 mg per day.

Why would my GFRs decline in months?
No drs are worried about and I’ve
quit
drinking
and started dieting better in hopes to reverse that. Changing to healthier life styles sadly has not helped me feel better at all and my labs have been slightly declining since.

Trying to be a better human!
I have kept the weight off started running,
quit
drinking
, cut down on caffeine, and worked to spend more time with family to get things right. I still dip smokeless tobacco and stay up to late most days. I just get in my world sometimes and don't care about whats not in it.

DO YOU FIND SMOKING RELAXING? HERE ARE 5 REASONS WHY.
Everyone knows that smoking is very bad for them (nevertheless around 28 percent of adults still smoke). It causes irreversible serious damage to peoples’ health as a respiratory problems, hearts disease and cancer. Smoking directly causes over 100,000 deaths in the UK each year and contributes to many

I feel like such a failure
I posted on here earlier this year, after a cirrhosis scare that led me to
quit
drinking
entirely for 5 months, worried I was sick, dying, going to see all sorts of doctors and tests.

ADHD is ruining my life :(
Definitely need to
quit
drinking
. Feel like I’m losing my mind. I used to work a lot of overtime because that’s the only time I felt normal. Until I was working 65 hours a week as a Covid nurse. Now I can barely sleep at night. I haven’t worked overtime since Covid Was at its peak.

Caught ‘Red Handed?’ 24 F, Scared
I have now
quit
drinking
, but I am terrified of the damage I may have done over the last few months. I got blood tests done for unrelated issues in January (before this madness began), and all of my liver tests showed numbers that were well within the normal range.

Natural solution for High Blood Pressure
I
quit
drinking
and after several years I have been able to correct my liver some. My Blood Pressure has always been high, I have cycled through a multitude of blood pressure medications. However, they all kept me right around 155/100.

Joint pain/hand numbness
I was diagnosed in March and
quit
drinking
right away. End of April I started a new, very physical job as a fedex delivery driver. Now my knees, hips, and shoulders are sore all the time. Not sure if this is because of the job or my liver.

Quit

Not feeling any better
The bit I can't understand is I've
quit
drinking
. My liver consultant said I stopped at the right time. My first scan was 12.7 on fibro scan. Now down to 8 on fibro scan. With a iqr of 1. 9. That number come down as can see. So why do I still feel poorly almost daily. So tired n physical weakness.

Finally, some good news! Pegasys and Phlebotomies are working!
I
quit
drinking
for two weeks and everything came right back down. Anyhow, its a challenging time for all but this was great news for me, and I hope can be inspiring for others who are headed on the same track.

Liver pain?
My doctor said I'm fine to carry on
drinking
but cut down significantly, I've just decided to
quit
due to how much anxiety this has caused me, it's my own fault too for drinking so much. Am I just having health anxiety or is this a cause for concern in your eyes?
