Quit drinking 28 years ago ( the only one in the family to quit) yet it was tough. I’m trying to use the 12 step program as I know it, and it just doesn’t seem to apply to smoking in my mind (so far).

2 weeks smoke free
hello I am two weeks smoke free today I don’t find the cravings as bad. I am not sleeping great at all and I feel very depressed and no joy. Is this normal I am hoping it will pass . In the past my smoking was linked to traumatic life events and I used smoking to cope. I miss my old routine of smoking
Friend or Foe ?
How do you feel about a friend who has to go everywhere with you? Not only does he tag along all the time, but since he is so offensive and vulgar, you become unwelcome when with him. He has a peculiar odour that sticks to you wherever you go. Others think both of you stink.
