Seeking advise about an implantable loop recorder.
Four years ago, I
quit
drinking
after a mild stroke and began exercising religiously and adhering to a healthy diet. A little over a year ago I had an ablation done, and now I take 100 mg of Flecainide per day.

Friend or Foe ?
How do you feel about a friend who has to go everywhere with you? Not only does he tag along all the time, but since he is so offensive and vulgar, you become unwelcome when with him. He has a peculiar odour that sticks to you wherever you go. Others think both of you stink. He controls you totally

Best And Worst Foods For People Trying To Quit Cigarettes
If giving up cigarettes seems difficult, take heart in this fact: By kicking your smoking habit, youāll regain a sense of taste and smell that will make your appreciation of food better than ever. āEvery smoker will tell you that smoking dulls their capacity to taste and smell,ā says Michael Fiore

Advice please?
I had
quit
drinking
for 2 months at this point and wasn't having the pain when I was still drinking a lot. The pain has continued and appears worse the day after drinking alcohol.

My path to combination therapy
Back in 2016, I decided to
quit
drinking
alcohol. I wasn't an alcoholic, but I was drinking every day, and sometimes it had a very bad effect on me, causing paranoia. So, I quit, and I remained abstinent for eight years.

Anyone with Cirrhosis from NASH?
I know people can
quit
drinking
and improve or even reverse their liver disease. But what about those of us with cirrhosis who donāt drink alcohol? Is there any hope with diet and exercise? Just feeling very alone š

Alcohol. It certainly knows how not to let go..
Quit
drinking
and ate a strict diet. In 6 months I lost 3 stone. Continued to eat healthy but I did have a drink. Was causing no issues. I felt great. Thenā¦..Covid hit. Although a key worker, my work was customer based so was completely restricted to what I could do.

Cirrhosis with vomiting and diarrhea
He refuses to
quit
drinking
, also refuses to take the medication that will bring down ammonia levels in his brain, Ironically because it makes him sick. So..last 7 days he has probably eaten what I eat in one meal. Still drinking āall of itā, but has vomiting and diarrhea.
