I smoked for 43 years and managed to quit. I check in here from time to time to give support. Quitting was the hardest thing I ever did. My advice... tell everyone you know that you are quitting. Check in here often.. Prepare to cry with frustration.. Post motivational sayings on your fridge. Understand
