Yesterday I had a very stressful day

I am working a full time, high pressure sales jobs making 100 dials

on Canada's Wall st, Bay st and work like a dog that's why i'm the top closer

Also growing 2 business

have had some drama and personal things that were emotionally draining

yesterday.

All is good now. Those obstacles, I climbed and in smooth skies now.

Yesterday I was experiencing turbulence, had also slept so so and was

deyhdraded and had a very caffeinated starbucks drink.

I've had anxiety and panic episodes for about 1 year now. They are getting better

as I'm taking care of myself, drinking water more, I quit drinking booze, quit vaping

sleeping better, meditating, decompressing, using essential oils, practicing mindfulness

and my job, businesses keep me focused on them

Yesterday I was very emotional though

I noticed that in the evening

as I would cough hard, breath deeply hard like inhale

it would almost like create an irritating feeling in mid chest

and then my hard would pause, then hard beat followed by several fast premature contractions

I felt panicky and a bit light headed after this. I guess because I became more anxious so this might have caused hyperventilation

I had a few of these episodes like

either I would breath in deeply and hard and then when exhale, my hard would delay, then hard beat then a small arrythmia or series of several premature contractions

Even when I would clearn my throat.

It would trigger this event.

I had this happen once last year.

I think it's because when you do that, you're irritating vagus nerve, which might be irritated to gas bubbles in the esophagus due to stress, anxiety and this triggers these micro arrythmia episodes upon a mechanical movement like inhalation or clearing the throat

Then all of a sudden in the mid of night, I was normal. Just like that.

I could clear my throat as hard as I wanted, breath in like I'm breathing in a big hot air balloon and nothing. Normal.

What just happened, what was all that about? stress, the vagus nerve, gas bubbles or what?

The caffeine?

Thanks

Hej

It is like I am reading my life few years ago. Do not be afraid. It is anxiety. See my replies to different people. I am OK since June last year.

As a manager in the call centre industry I know sales is a good way to earn a lot of money and die quickly. There's a reason everyone in sales is young. Okay, they don't die but they burn out very quickly. You'd be better off transitioning into inbound customer services or somthing less stressful. Less money, but better quality of life.
